PC作業は17:15頃から20分程、動作言語の分岐修正を行いました。午前に35分くらい、近場をウォーキング。所々信号で待ったりしましたが、1本道を往復した感じになった。

PC作業は18:15頃から18:40頃まで、動作言語の分岐を行いました。午前20分くらい、近場をウォーキング。厚着を着てても、手先が冷たくなりますね。夕方ごろ、丸亀製麺に寄り「玉子あんかけ並」を注文。寒い季節に合ううどんだなーと思いつつ頂きました。

PC作業は14:30頃から15:15頃まで、動作言語ショートカットの入力作業を行いました。午前に40分くらいと午後90分ぐらいで、ウォーキングをしたよ。河川にかかる大橋や坂道が多いルートをチョイス。遠くの山には霧がかかっており寒かったのですが、歩いていると次第に体温が上昇したので、途中で長袖を脱ぎつつ、ゆったりとした散歩になりました。

PC作業は18:30頃から18:55頃まで、動作言語の分岐を行いました。
そういえば何か月か前まで、継続して食事にヨーグルトと納豆を取り入れていましたが、しばらく食べてなかったです → よって乱れがちに…。何が言いたいかというと、久しぶりに「ダノンビオ」のヨーグルトを買ってみたという話です。私の体重が最近増加気味なので、食事を抑えれたらなと思います。近場の道でウォーキングとセットで頑張りたいところ。
